Alpine 7″ Shallow Chassis Receiver builds upon the functionality and design to their legendary iLX-W650 radio with sonic enhancements to make things more ear-friendly. It supports wired Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ phone integration, plays well with Bluetooth® devices, and to round things out, it offers more advanced audio command than its predecessor, with a heavy emphasis on bass management for smooth low end no matter what you’re listening to.
The Alpine 7″ Shallow Chassis Receiver is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so you and your passengers can enjoy messaging, mapping, tune selection, and much more from your smartphone. Both platforms work with voice commands, which you can activate by speaking a keyword or pressing the dedicated “Voice” button on the stereo’s bezel.
The Alpine 7″ Shallow Chassis Receiver boasts a vibrant 7-inch double-DIN touchscreen display with an easy-to-use interface to ensure seamless integration into your vehicle’s dashboard. Whether you’re navigating, selecting your favorite tunes, or engaging with apps, the intuitive interface makes every interaction simple and quick. Enhance your music with the new Sound Boost menu, featuring expanded Bass Boost & Mid-Bass Boost controls, subwoofer controls, and a new Lighting Link feature which allows you to control the lighting on Alpine’s PrismaLink™ subwoofer enclosures directly from your screen, creating a visual symphony that complements your music.
Measuring only 2.4″ deep, the iLX-W670 features an ultra-shallow chassis that is PowerStack™ capable, allowing you to mount the Alpine KTA-450 or KTA-200M Power Pack Amplifier (sold separately) directly to the back.
